Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

We offer all online customers free standard uk delivery with the Royal Mail service or parcel force for larger items.

Deliveries can take up to 5 working days, if you require immediate delivery please contact the team separately & we will arrange additional next day or immediate delivery at a additional cost.

​

We also ship overseas to arrange a delivery outside of the UK please contact us for further details. 

​

All items before shipping are checked thoroughly to avoid any refunds or exchanges are claimed.  If you are ensure of a item you have 24 hours in which to cancel.  Once a item is shipped out and tracking reference sent no refund or exchanged will be offered.

At Sharons Couture, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. APPOINTMENT ONLY SERVICE 

​

We operate on a strictly appointment basis only during the hours of 12-6pm except every Tuesday & Wednesday when we are closed.  Walk ins will only be served if there is no pre booked appointments as they will be given priority.

​

The reason we operate via a appointment service only is because we like to spend a one to one personal shopping experience with each customer that enters our store, this enables us to understand your requirements clearly but for you to also shop at ease without any interruptions.

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE 

​

Once a item has left the store we do not offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty, our online deliveries are all quality ensured & checked thoroughly before P&P to avoid any returns.  If there are any concerns the item will not be sent out & the customer will be informed.

All P&P items are packed with care, securely & marked where fragile to enable the delivery services company to handle with care.
